What are your models?

Original Playhouse:Base 4X6. (includes porch)
Deluxe Playhouse:Base 4X8. (includes dormer and porch)
Double Deluxe Playhouse: Base 4X15. (Deluxe play house with crawl-tube to adjoining 4X4 house with secret door.)

How do we get a custom playhouse?

All of our wooden playhouses can be customized for your family. This process takes about 4-6 weeks and a deposit is needed before designing.

What is the shipping cost?

What is the lead/shipping time?

2-4 weeks for a existing playhouse models.
4-6 weeks for a customized themed playhouses (depending on season)

What about shipping and delivery?

If near one of our locations, your children’s playhouse is delivered by our drivers. An adult may need to be available for offloading help.

Refunds and Returns

Please note that because all orders are considered custom, our standard policy is that all sales are final. Every playhouse is fully assembled, inspected, and properly packaged before leaving our facility to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kids Crooked House does not accept returns unless there is a serious defect in workmanship, manufacturing, or substantial damage during shipping. Even then, these issues can almost always be resolved by sending a replacement piece at our expense. Due to the custom, hand-built nature of the product, we require that you allow us every reasonable opportunity to repair the product first. Please also understand that due to the more fragile nature of the wooden building material, bumps and bruises can occur. In the event that they do, we are happy to fix them.

If the damage is determined to be irreparable (and to have been caused prior to delivery), we will promptly arrange for a refund or replacement. We also strongly encourage every customer to inspect your package upon delivery before the driver departs. Any noticeable damage must be documented by the driver and the shipment refused in order to receive any sort of refund.
