Maine-Made Quality Built Playhouses
Quality Assurance -
We build every playhouse like it was our own
Having kids of our own, quality and safety are two very important issues to us. When our customers are happy, we're happy. And when our customers are unhappy, we're miserable. We stand behind our product and provide a two-year warrantee. As long as you are the original owner and your kid's playhouse has been subjected to "normal"* wear and tear, we will quickly furnish you replacement parts during the warranty period. Installation of those parts, of course, is up to you.
*Normal wear and tear is defined as 'typical' exposure to the natural elements (rain, wind, snow, sun) and rough and tough play. However, the Kids Crooked House warranty does not cover extreme conditions or extraordinary acts of nature (i.e. hurricane, flood, animal infestation, fire, etc.)
All playhouses are Maine-made handcrafted and hand-painted for the ultimate in quality and appeal. Each playhouse is built by hand, using traditional 2 x 4 wooden construction. Then the structure is securely joined and assembled with nails, screws and bolts. Each house has a solid pressure-treated base foundation so it will last through years of endless dress-up, tea parties and action play!
When you're ready to order your playhouse you can contact us at any time and simply use your American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa, or send us a personal check. Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours after order. Because all of our playhouses are custom built, we cannot cancel orders once the production process has begun.
All purchases include shipping insurance at no additional cost this covers loss and damage during shipping. All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. If you do receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, you must refuse the shipment in order for us to supply replacement parts or start the refund process. Please contact us the day the shipment is denied.
