GENERAL PLAYHOUSES & PRICING:
How much are your playhouses?
Prices for our Crooked Houses start at $1249 for the Original Playhouse. $2549 for a Deluxe (dormer and porch) and $4449 for a Double Deluxe Playhouse extending a whopping 15 feet.
What are your models?
Original Playhouse: $1249. Base 4X6. (includes porch)
Deluxe Playhouse: $2549. Base 4X8. (includes dormer and porch)
Double Deluxe Playhouse: $4449. Base 4X15. (Deluxe play house with crawl-tube to adjoining 4X4 house with secret door.)
Do you have a setup service?
We offer White Glove Service for $299.

PLAYHOUSE COLORS:
What are the playhouse base color options?
Plum, Blueberry, Tangerine, Sierra, Red Apple, Princess Pink, Camelot Gray, Kiwi, Lemon
Custom playhouse colors are available at an additional charge but a color swatch must be sent by the customer. ($120)
What are the playhouse trim color options?
White or Black.
Custom playhouse trim colors are available at an additional charge but a color swatch must be sent by the customer. ($120)

How do we get a custom playhouse?
All of our wooden playhouses can be customized for your family. This process takes about 4-6 weeks and a deposit is needed before designing.
Unique custom playhouse designs start at $5000.

PLAYHOUSE SETUP:
What do I need to put under the playhouse to keep it dry?
The base is made from pressure treated wood and does not require anything under the playhouse. Because the wooden base is pressure treated, it is rated to hold up for 40 years with direct contact with the ground. (The floor in the playhouse is plywood and safe for kids.)

2 adults.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
What is the shipping cost?
Original Playhouse: $249
Deluxe Playhouse: $299
Double Deluxe Playhouse: $499
What is the lead/shipping time?
2-4 weeks for a existing playhouse models.
4-6 weeks for a customized themed playhouses (depending on season)
What about shipping and delivery?
If near one of our locations, your children's playhouse is delivered by our drivers. If you don’t have a forklift, an adult may need to be available for offloading help.

RETURNS:
Refunds and Returns
Because all orders are considered custom, our standard policy is that all sales are final. Kids Crooked House does not generally accept returns unless there was a defect in workmanship and/or manufacturing or there was damage during shipping. Most of these issues can be resolved by sending a replacement piece at our expense.
We have always been dedicated to our valued customers. If you have any questions regarding a product you purchased from Kids Crooked House, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-447-5446 during normal business hours which are M-F from 9am – 5pm (EST).

LIABILITY:
Refunds and Returns
We assume no liability after the playhouse has been delivered to your site. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure and accessories appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use them. Routine inspections, preventive maintenance and play supervision are all the responsibility of the purchaser and/or homeowner to ensure a play environment that is free of hazard or injury.
